Mr. Jamal Hijres has gained over 35 years of extensive experience in the Conventional and Investment Banking sector. Before establishing Capinnova Investment Bank, Jamal worked with BBK in key management positions as Head of Risk Management Department, Head of Corporate Banking Division, and Head of Retail Banking Division. He played a major role in establishing Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions where he also served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board.
Currently Mr. Hijres is the Vice Chairman of EBLA and Diyaar Al Harameen Al Ola Limited, a Board Member of MAIS, CrediMax, Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC), National Motor Company (NMC) and Diyaar Al Noor Limited.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Bahrain.
